Saffron Conscious was born from a simple truth: we are shaped by the environments we inhabit. When people are supported by presence, compassion, and awareness, they thrive, fulfilling their purpose, connecting deeply, and creating meaningful impact in their work and communities.

Our journey began with Saffron Kids, cultivating emotional literacy and conscious awareness in younger generations. Over time, we realized that when the adults around children, leaders, educators, and professionals operate from alignment and coherence, the next generation can reach even higher levels of awareness and fulfilment. This insight led to the creation of the Saffron Conscious Corporate Consciousness

Programme, where we guide leaders and organisations to integrate coherence, wisdom, and strategy into how they show up, lead, and create lasting impact.

At Saffron Conscious, we exist to bridge the personal, professional, and generational, helping leaders and systems thrive while shaping a conscious, connected world.

Founder

Motshedisi Silindane (MC), also known as MC The Corporate Heart Guide, is a Social Anthropologist, speaker, and founder of Saffron Conscious.

She works with leaders and organisations to strengthen clarity, emotional intelligence, and values-based leadership, helping them align purpose, strategy, and human behaviour in high-pressure environments.

Drawing on anthropology, conscious leadership principles, and embodied awareness, MC supports organisations in navigating complexity, improving decision-making, and cultivating more coherent, human-centred workplace cultures.

Her work integrates systems thinking, relational intelligence, and lived human insight to help leaders operate with greater presence, alignment, and authenticity, especially in environments where pressure, ambiguity, and change are constant.

MC hosts Fluff in the Corporate Space, a podcast that explores the human realities of work including leadership paradoxes, burnout, resilience, and the emotional and relational dynamics shaping modern organisations.

Her professional background includes work with international organisations such as the United Nations, where she conducted social anthropology research and contributed to the design of interventions focused on emotional and social wellbeing, particularly for children.

Beyond her organisational work, MC is also the founder of SWAAV Bespoke, a menswear and image consulting brand that explores identity, expression, and presence through intentional design.

She believes leadership is not only about performance, but about coherence between people, values, and the systems they operate within.
