The Saffron Leader Corporate Consciousness Programme supports companies with training and provides tools that help employees
to understand themselves better and how to interact with fellow colleagues in a manner that induces positive energy. With better
self- awareness, they are able to better manage their relationships on a moment-by-moment basis resulting in “presence” that has a
positive impact inwardly in the organization as well as outwardly, to clients and stakeholders.
Training comes in the form of an interactive and relaxed workshop, that equips employees with simple tools based on the tenets of
kindness and compassion that help direct personal behavior in small manageable doses. Over time, the collective consciousness of
the organization is increased exponentially.

1. VALUES AUDIT (Optional)
The values audit assesses the extent to which corporate values are driving organizational culture through electronic surveys (smartphones can be used), observation and some face to face interviews.
2. consciousness workshop
The workshop can range from a few hours to 2 days depending on the size and complexity of the organization. The workshop is designed to breakdown corporate values and translate them into small personal goals, thereby making them easy to achieve. Thus, ensuring that corporate values are implemented in tandem with achieving the bottom line.
3. REMINDER TOOLS
We have developed daily personal reminders and exercises that are designed to fulfill corporate values in a way that is simple and easy to implement.
